NCIS: Los Angeles is set to conclude its 14-year run with a two-part finale, contrary to previous expectations of a single episode. The final two episodes, titled ‘New Beginnings, Part 1’ and ‘New Beginnings, Part 2,’ will air on May 14 and May 21, respectively. Additionally, an Entertainment Tonight special, “A Salute to NCIS: Los Angeles,” will air after the final episode, featuring new interviews with the cast and behind-the-scenes footage.

The two-parter involves the ATF tasking the team with a case related to stolen military-grade weapons, accompanied by elements like a wedding, a drug test, and a university interview. Showrunner R Scott Gemmill expressed gratitude to CBS for granting an extra episode to conclude the series in a fitting manner. The additional episode brings the total number of aired episodes to over 320.
