Daniela, who leads a private personal life, recently traveled to Portugal with her husband, David Paul Olsen, the brother of her NCIS co-star Eric Christian Olsen. During their family trip, they explored beautiful beaches, centuries-old districts, and even took a culinary class to learn how to make Pastéis de Nata (custard tarts), one of Portugal’s traditional desserts. She shared a video montage of their memorable experiences and expressed her fondness for Portugal upon their return.
Additionally, Daniela and her fellow NCIS stars have been actively participating in the ongoing SAG-AFTRA actors’ strike. They have joined the picket lines to advocate for fair pay and better treatment in the entertainment industry.
Brian Dietzen, who plays Jimmy Palmer in the NCIS franchise, also shared his support for the strike. He emphasized the importance of union protections, especially in securing residual payments that provide essential medical coverage for him and his wife. Brian expressed his love for his colleagues and the pride he feels in standing by them during the strike, emphasizing that they are eager to return to the stage once a fair agreement is reached.
