Alison Brie Goes T0PLESS In New Video, Try Not To Gasp!!!!

Dave Franco and Alison Brie are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over their upcoming horror film Together, in which they play a couple fused together in a supernatural metaphor for codependency.

Filed in California by Better Half producers Jess Jacklin and Charles Beale, the suit alleges that Together is a “blatant rip-off” of their 2023 romantic comedy Better Half, citing similarities in plot, characters, dialogue, themes, and specific creative elements—including both films referencing Plato’s Symposium and ending with the couple playing the Spice Girls’ “2 Become 1.” The producers claim that in 2020, a casting director approached Franco and Brie’s agents with the Better Half script, which they declined, only to later produce what is described as a nearly identical film. Together, written and directed by Michael Shanks and sold to Neon for $17 million after its Sundance premiere, is defended by Franco and Brie’s reps at WME as a “frivolous” and “meritless” lawsuit.
